The entrance door leads into the sitting room. Heading to the right there is a kitchenette and the living/dining room has marble flooring, floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall aluminium-framed sliding glass doors leading onto the terrace which is sheltered from the prevailing winds, and takes full advantage of the spectacular views over the pool & garden and out to the ocean and to Fuerteventura. On the other side is the corridor that leads to the 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with walk-in shower. The two bedrooms and the office have fitted wardrobes and full length windows to enjoy the sea views. The views from the sitting room and the very private terrace are fantastic, and as it is partly covered, it can be used all year round.
